The University of Connecticut Women’s Basketball Team has set a new record for the longest streak of consecutive wins in NCAA Division I women’s basketball. The UConn Huskies set the record on February 13, 2017, with a 90-45 win over the Southern Methodist Mustangs.

The Huskies have been dominating the women’s college basketball scene for over a decade. They have won 11 National Championships, including four in a row from 2013 to 2016. Their winning streak began on November 23, 2014, with a 96-60 victory over the Creighton Bluejays.
