In a breaking news announcement today, sports broadcaster Sky Sports has confirmed the latest football transfers ahead of the new season.

Among the most notable transfers is the move of Lionel Messi from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine international has been the subject of intense speculation since announcing he would not be renewing his contract with Barcelona and PSG have swooped in to secure his signature.
